This is our version of the boring bar holder used to cut internal features such as keyways and splines on the Atlas Shaper, This is a welded assembly which I show how to make in your shop using common materials on our u-tube channel. The version offered here is built with common cold roll steel so we can offer them at a reasonable cost and still offer good functionality in the home shop setting where it will be commonly used. This is a newly manufactured part as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Atlas Shaper Tool Holder S7-139

This is our version of the S7-139 Tool Holder for the Atlas Shaper, This is a welded assembly which I show how to make in your shop using common materials on our u-tube channel. The version offered here is built with common cold roll steel so we can offer them at a reasonable cost and still offer good functionality in the home shop setting where it will be commonly used. As was the original the head can be swiveled and locked at any one of eight positions and uses a common 1/4″ high speed cutter bit (not included). This is a newly manufactured part as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Atlas Shaper Guard S7-102

This is the smaller guard that fits on the left side of the shaper and covers the motor/countershaft belt and pulleys. This is a newly manufactured part which we cast in aluminum as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Atlas Shaper Switch Mount Bracket S7-302G

This is the switch mount bracket S7-302G which allows a square electrical box to be mounted on the side of the shaper where the original oval switch plate was installed, this is a plate which Atlas originally offered for some applications. This is a newly manufactured part which we cast in aluminum as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Atlas Shaper Guard S7-101

This is the large guard that fits on the right side of the shaper and covers the drive belt and pulleys. This is a newly manufactured part which we cast in aluminum as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. This casting may take up to 7 business days to ship once ordered, at this time if they show in stock I have a casting done but it may not yet be machined and painted. Once I have caught up on all my castings they will hopefully be available for immediate shipment.

Atlas Shaper Cover (door) #S7-89A

This is the cover (door) that fits on the side of the main casting of the Atlas Shaper. This is a newly manufactured part which we cast in aluminum as these parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. It has been drilled and tapped as necessary to affix the knob, latch, and Atlas emblem as was original.
